Rick Lewis, principal broker of Landmark Country Land, LLC, came to New Hamphsire in 1976, at which time he worked in residential home construction and custom tile installation. Over the years he was involved in the full spectrum of construction from custom carpentry to project management.
In 2002, after two consecutive hip replacements, Rick made the transition into real estate. Since then, he has been involved in all facets of the industry including residential homes, commercial properties, and land sales. For six years he worked as a sales associate and associate broker at HKS Associates, Inc. in Keene, New Hampshire and subsequently opened his own business as Rick Lewis Real Estate, also in Keene.
The transition from sales of all types of real estate to the focus and specialization of land sales has been a natural progression for Rick. He is enthusiastic and sincere, and he loves the great outdoors. He has an innate grasp of the lay of the land and an unquenchable thirst for furthering his knowledge. The phrase, "What you see is what you get" best describes Rick. He is someone you can trust to help you find the right parcel of land for your residential, future retirement, or recreational uses.
Rick lives in Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire, with his wife Annette. They have two children, 28 year old son, Kim, and 21 year old daughter, Naomi.
