About The Landmark Land Companies

The Landmark Group consists of several companies, each with a specialty that is related to the process of land acquisition, surveying and permitting, sales, land financing, and land conservation.  By combining these specialties, The Landmark Group offers the expertise within each company to all property owners, allowing both buyer and seller much greater results.  Each company is managed by an individual with many years of experience, and the goal of each company is to operate as a "stand alone" specialty business.

The Landmark Group originated forty years ago from a desire to provide affordable rural and recreational acreage in southwestern New Hampshire to families living in sububan southern New England.  As the process of permitting, financing and sale of land became more sophisticated, management recognized the need to provide separate and specific applications to each segment of a land transaction.  Additionally, with timber and land conservation being an important component to many of the parcels, a natural resources and conservation company was created to provide management programs to owners.  These programs are supported by tax related benefits, timber management consultation, and timber investment offerings.
